Rates are shown including Florida
State Taxes which are presently 13.5%.
These are paid Monthly.(State
Taxes are subject to change. They will be quoted at
the
time of reservation and fixed at that time.(Beware of some cheaper
homes who may not be legitimate, and may not registered with the
State )
All rates are inclusive of full home preparation, and full clean after your stay. The rates include all Utilities, including water, Drainage,Pool cleans, Lawnmaintenance,charges, Access 24/7 to our Local Management Company.
Prices are for Exclusive use of our home, NOT per person.
Stays of less than 7 nights incur a fee of £108 or $120
Pool heat extra £20 or $35 per day if required (Recommended October to February).
Our home is fully licensed with the State of Florida and as such matches and exceeds their regulations with regards Safety within rental properties

happens if I want to book?
- We will confirm your available dates by email.
- We will send you a Booking form and copy of our Terms & Conditions to complete within 7 days.
- We will hold your dates for 7 days from email reply..
- If your dates are more than 10 weeks away.We will require a 200 / $350 per week deposit,with your booking form. If less than 10 weeks we require full payment.
- On receipt of Booking form and Deposit/Full payment, we will contact you to assist you with Car Hire and Theme Park tickets.
